The Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist/Billing to join our team in Orange County, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for performing monthly legal billing cycle procedures and other billing department operations. You will work closely with team members and attorneys to ensure efficient and accurate billing for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit Partner prebills to ensure accuracy.
Compare draft bills to prebills and make necessary adjustments.
Finalize and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
Accommodate special billing requests from attorneys and clients.
Complete assigned special projects.

Qualifications:

General knowledge of accounting and ability to analyze and issue accurate invoices.
Experience with Aderant billing software preferred.
Courses in business or accounting are helpful.
Must be efficient, accurate, and have excellent attention to detail.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Team-player with a positive attitude.
Must meet minimum testing requirements.
Able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.

Salary and Benefits:

Base salary of $65,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
Full-time, non-exempt position.
Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 . to 5:30 . with hybrid options available after probationary period.
Overtime may be required.
