Trademark Paralegal The candidate will prepare and manage US and foreign trademark prosecution filings. Conduct preliminary trademark searches; prepare cost estimates, and assist with the international branding and filing strategies for clients. Assist attorneys with US and foreign trademark disputes. Assist with trademark assignments, recording of license agreements and renewal of trademark registrations in the US and worldwide. Interact with clients and foreign counsels regarding prosecution and protection of trademarks in the US and worldwide. Manage clients trademark portfolios; docket and monitor all trademark deadlines; attend docket meetings. Bachelor's Degree is required. Should have 3+ years of trademark prosecution and portfolio management experience. ABA approved Paralegal Certificate is required.
