Legal Assistant/Paralegal The candidate will be working primarily in employment department. Legal Assistant or Paralegal experience required. Experience drafting and filing complaints and motions required. State Court and Federal Court experience, including e-filing required. Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines required. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus. Knowledge of Salesforce a plus. Proficient with Microsoft Office required. Should have strong attention to detail, civil litigation experience and client service skills to assist our attorneys in handling cases from inception through trial. 1 year of experience required.
