Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide litigation support and case management for large caseloads
- Prepare and respond to discovery requests
- Assist with trial preparation and provide support during trials
- Organize and manage documents and evidence for cases
- Ensure compliance with Utah and Federal rules of civil procedure
- Collaborate with attorneys and other legal staff to ensure efficient case progression

Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a litigation paralegal
- Experience with general commercial litigation and insurance defense preferred
- Familiarity with Utah and Federal rules of civil procedure required

Salary Information:
- Salary Range: $75,000-$90,000 depending on experience (DOE)
