Law Firm is seeking a Practice Development Manager (Hybrid) to work in a hybrid capacity out of three different locations: Dallas, TX; Nashville, TN; or Washington . This position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing and business development activities for assigned practice areas
- Collaborate with firm-wide marketing resources and share best practices with other Section Marketing Managers
- Become familiar with practice, clientele, and related resources
- Spearhead business plans and manage budgets for assigned practice areas
- Strategize with groups and teams to identify marketing initiatives
- Develop and maintain collateral materials
- Plan and participate in practice group and team meetings
- Identify and develop responses to RFPs and pitches for new business
- Assist in practice group research efforts
- Work with Director of Communications to promote good results and work product
- Seek opportunities to cross sell services across the firm
- Utilize databases and work with Regional Marketing Coordinators to organize activities
- Take an ownership approach to assigned practice areas
- Be creative, outward-looking, and confident in bringing new ideas
- Possess leadership, mentoring, coaching, and client-service skills
- Be strategic, high energy, results-oriented, and detail-oriented
- Have excellent writing and communication skills
- 6-10 years of experience in legal or professional services marketing

Salary Information:

- This position may be filled in Washington .
- Pay range: $124,100 - $186,200 salaried
- Salary may vary based on qualifications and experience

- 6-10 years of experience in legal or professional services marketing
