Job Title: Senior Enterprise Applications and Data Architect

Job Responsibilities:

- Assess, develop, and maintain architecture components within the application portfolio.
- Monitor and govern associated data within the environment.
- Assist in road mapping the application and data portfolio.
- Develop transition plans for moving from current to future solutions.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate standardization of data between various on-premise and cloud platforms.
- Identify workflow process inefficiencies and implement changes to improve productivity, efficiency, and/or cost-effectiveness.
- Review application architecture and data integration options, making recommendations for possible implementation with on-premise or cloud-hosted solutions.
- Serve as Project Manager for new enterprise-wide applications or updates, creating project plans, tracking budgets, monitoring deadlines, and evaluating team performance.
- Lead testing of new software or new versions, creating and maintaining test environments and testing scripts for enterprise-wide applications.
- Manage testing teams and procedures, analyzing test results.
- Create and maintain production environments for enterprise-wide applications.
- Resolve and respond to Help Desk tickets related to enterprise-wide applications and other applications as needed.
- Keep current on patches and releases, reviewing release notes, tracking resolutions, and recommending updates.
- Interface with vendors, industry peers, and professional associations to stay informed of existing and evolving industry standards and technologies.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge in all enterprise-wide applications through various resources.
- Mentor Applications Analysts, Administrators, and Engineers on the team.
- Perform other related job duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred.

Experience:

- Minimum of ten years of extensive experience managing enterprise-wide applications, preferably in a law firm.
- At least five years of related work experience with cloud data analytics platform technologies (., Azure, AWS, Snowflake).

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

- Solid project management skills, capable of organizing, planning, and executing small to large-scale projects from envisioning through implementation.
- Knowledge and understanding of enterprise system integrations, including multi-cloud integrations, data movement (ETL/ELT), data architecture (Snowflake, MS Fabric), data preparation (Azure Data Factory), and data consumption and visualization (PowerBI).
- Infrastructure, server, operating systems, and network communications knowledge.
- Detail-oriented with a process-minded approach.
- Strong ability to install and maintain enterprise-wide applications, including servers, customizations, integrations, load balancing, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Knowledge of SQL Server and SQL scripting.
- Extensive knowledge of various Microsoft technologies, including Azure AD, Azure AD Application Proxy, Power Bi, OneDrive, and Azure Virtual Desktop remote app streaming.
- Certification in Microsoft 365 Enterprise preferred.

Salary Information:

The salary range for this position applies to various locations including Atlantic City, Chicago, Denver, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Morristown, New York, Princeton, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington, . The range reflects various factors considered in compensation decisions, such as experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands, and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $140,000 to $175,000.
