Job Title: Real Estate Paralegal
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform title and survey review for commercial real estate and finance transactions.
- Communicate with attorneys, clients, local governmental units, title companies, and surveyors.
- Draft closing documents, signature documents, and title resolution documents.
- Track transactions and coordinate closings.
- Order and review title searches, surveys, zoning letters, and other real estate due diligence.
- Form/Register entities, prepare UCC’s, and review zoning reports.
- May be requested to perform other duties not mentioned above.
Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s degree or completion of a paralegal program.
- At least 2 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate preferred.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate and finance transactions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proven analytical ability, excellent attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work overtime if needed.
Salary Information:
- For Minnesota and Colorado applicants, the pay range for this position is to per hour.
- For Seattle applicants, the pay range for this position is to per hour.
- This range represents the law firm's good faith estimate of likely compensation at the time of posting. Actual pay will be dependent upon a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location, and may fall outside of the range indicated.
