Job Title: Lead, eDiscovery and Litigation Support Program Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute eDiscovery strategy and plans for complex litigation and investigations across the company.
- Collaborate with outside counsel and internal teams to understand eDiscovery needs, coordinate resources, and develop project schedules.
- Forecast, track, and manage project budgets and approve vendor invoices.
- Collaborate with IT and internal compliance functions such as Global Trade and the Privacy team to ensure alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the eDiscovery response team, providing training, guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Serve as the subject matter expert who oversees and manages the eDiscovery program, including its processes, tools, and projects.
- Create and refine policies, procedures, and processes related to eDiscovery.
- Provide expertise and advice regarding preservation, custodians, data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverables.
- Provide training and development to other team members in the eDiscovery program, tools, and best practices.
- Support selection and implementation of new in-house eDiscovery capabilities.
- Provide paralegal support on legal matters and special projects across the legal department.
- Oversee and manage responses to third-party subpoenas, bankruptcy, and class action claims.
- Provide counseling and support to Legal Hold coordinators.
- Serve as the first point of contact and triage resource for other departments contacting the Legal Department with questions on legal matters.
- Lead or support reporting of legal matters to senior leadership.
- Conduct legal research, monitor dockets, and pull pleadings related to ongoing legal matters.
- Up to 10% travel may be required.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience, or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
- At least 5-10 years of experience as a paralegal and/or eDiscovery specialist, preferably at a law firm or in an in-house role at a large company.
- Technical proficiency with eDiscovery platforms (such as Relativity, Everlaw, Digital Reef, Exterro, etc.) and an understanding of how to leverage automation (such as Technology Assisted Review and AI) to improve process efficiency.
- Education from American Bar Association approved curriculum or equivalent education; or paralegal training program; or paralegal certification; or related experience in lieu of specialized degree.
- Strong understanding of litigation and investigations process, especially discovery in multiple jurisdictions (. and .).
- Strong understanding of information technology as it relates to electronically stored information (ESI).
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage numerous projects that require interaction with multiple attorneys, departments, and internal and external legal and non-legal clients.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software applications.
- Strong preference for candidates with law firm or in-house legal department experience at a large company.
- Certified Legal Assistant designation or have passed the Paralegal Advanced Competency Examination.
- eDiscovery specialist certification or demonstrated subject matter expertise in eDiscovery.

Salary Information:
- In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado State, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont, and New York State is $94,000-$174,000.
- For California, Seattle, Washington ., Maryland Greater Washington . area, the city of Denver, Washington State, and New York City, the salary range for this role is $108,000-$201,000.
- This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as the final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
