Job Title: Referral Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Organizing and planning daily and weekly schedules, including setting up meetings with new law firms and conducting follow-up calls and emails.
- Engaging with all active and prospective accounts to maintain and develop relationships.
- Exercising oversight over leads to ensure they are handled effectively.
- Attending sales meetings, events, and internal training seminars.
- Acquiring a substantial number of leads.
- Engaging with all accounts and referral partners consistently.
- Prospecting and meeting firms daily in person.
- Consistently exceeding expectations and goals.
- Building and maintaining client relationships.
- Tracking and recording metrics throughout the sales process.
- Meeting and exceeding financial goals.
- Understanding and keeping up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.

Education and Experience Information:
- High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Over 3 years of experience in business development or account management, preferably in legal sales.
- Established relationships with personal injury firms in the Los Angeles area.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions.
