Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues through the firm's Help Desk
- Resolve network, server, and PC problems in a medium/large business environment
- Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining systems, programs, hardware, and software
- Evaluate, test, and implement new technology
- Continually seek opportunities to increase user satisfaction
- Design, develop, implement, and facilitate training on various technology applications
- Identify user needs to develop and enhance training programs
- Create firm curriculum and training calendar
- Prepare materials and conduct technology training for new hires
- Work with management to determine training priorities and strategies
- Develop and maintain a learning management system in collaboration with the Technology Department
- Work with Human Resources to establish skill and competency standards for different positions within the firm
- Serve as a member of the firmwide project team for testing and implementing new technology
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Aptitude and initiative to learn
- Experience with technology support and training preferred
- Understanding of the importance of client confidentiality
