**Members Only**, a full-service business law firm headquartered in Chicago, is seeking an experienced employment litigation partner to join our Management-Side Labor & Employment team. This is a leadership opportunity with the potential for growth in either our Chicago or St. Charles, IL office.
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice law in Illinois
- Minimum of 10 years of substantial employment litigation experience
- Hands-on, first-chair responsibilities
- Ability to independently manage cases from inception through trial
- Proven track record of handling employment disputes, particularly in Cook County and the Northern District of Illinois
- Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills
- Deep commitment to client service
Salary Information:
- Annual base salary range of $225,000-$275,000 (depending on experience)
- Lucrative bonus opportunities available

Job Description:
- Representing firm clients in a variety of industries and employment matters including wrongful termination, unfair competition, harassment, wage and hour, and labor law issues
- Handling both litigated and transactional matters
- Utilizing entrepreneurial thinking and creativity to respond to client needs
- Providing exceptional client service
