Job Title: Litigation Secretary
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support to attorneys and paralegals in a law firm setting.
- Create exhibit copies for legal proceedings.
- Organize and file electronic documents with the Courts.
- Manage docket and calendar.
- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.
Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 5 years of strong litigation experience is required.
- Candidates must possess excellent organizational and verbal skills.
- Knowledge of court rules, calendaring, e-filing, and filing procedures is essential.
- Strong computer skills are necessary, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 2016. Familiarity with iManage and Milana is a plus.
- Candidates should be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced, team-structured environment.
Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000.
