Legal Assistant/Paralegal The candidate will need responsible and highly motivated paralegal/legal assistant for criminal defense/traffic ticket practice. Any traffic ticket experience strongly considered. Must be fluent in Spanish. Required skills include, a great attitude and pleasant personality. excellent customer service, typing, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and basic computer skills. Duties include, receiving calls from potential clients, explaining the traffic ticket legal process, entering cases into the operating system, updating cases with new information, calendaring, responding to client questions and issues, nurturing the client relationship, communications with courts, and preparing letters and other documents.
