The Law Firm is seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to join their team in Orlando, Florida. This role will support independent projects with significant scope and visibility, working closely with project managers, stakeholders, and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in the IT field, and be familiar with project management methodologies and tools. Job Title: IT Project Coordinator
Job Location: Orlando, FL (preferred) or any **Members Only** office
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor IT project activities, schedules, resources, and deliverables using project management methodologies and tools.
- Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, and timelines.
- Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and escalate project risks and issues, and support resolution efforts.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and status updates.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in the IT field.
- Familiarity with project management methods (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project tools (., Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to bring structure to chaos.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Comfortable working with both technical and business teams.
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting IT initiatives or enterprise programs.
- Interest in certifications like CAPM, PMP, or Agile.
- Understanding of IT delivery or business process workflows.
