Job Description:
- Lead a team of dynamic professionals as the firm's Labor & Employment Practice Group Leader
- Grow book of business and elevate reputation with full support of colleagues and firm resources
- Manage and resolve PAGA and wage and hour class actions, EDD matters, and FEHA cases
- Train, mentor, and motivate younger professionals to become future labor & employment thought-leaders
- Successfully manage client relationships and litigation matters
- Bill sufficient hours to meet minimum billable hour requirement
