Job Responsibilities
- Work with attorneys to submit the analysis of Chapter 13 Plans to clients.
- Communicate and follow up with clients regarding necessary information.
- Review and update client systems.
- Provide support to attorneys in the execution of their duties.
Education and Experience Information
- High School Diploma required.
- Previous law firm experience is preferred but not required.
- Bankruptcy or Mortgage Servicing experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate with Trustees, Bankruptcy Courts, Local Counsel, and Debtors' Attorneys is essential.
- Proficiency in software tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet is required.
- Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
