Job Title: eDiscovery Project Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers with client requests and oversee the execution of litigation support projects.
- Manage the full life cycle of eDiscovery projects in accordance with project manager and client parameters.
- Implement recommended practices that align with law firm policies and goals in eDiscovery cases.
- Collaborate with the Client Solutions Manager and Project Managers to ensure legal teams use appropriate, innovative, and cost-effective technologies for managing the discovery process.
- Coordinate data transfer and storage, adhering to firm policies and best practices.
- Track delivery schedules, ensure quality assurance, and manage changes in work scope.
- Participate in post-project analysis to identify workflow inefficiencies and obstacles.
- Work with the eDiscovery Services team to apply quality control processes and improve the discovery process.
- Assist in developing and delivering training to litigation case teams on effective document review protocols using both firm and vendor technology.
- Coordinate and work with the Review Center.
- Promote the use of litigation technology, practice support services, and products within the firm.
- Coordinate electronic and paper document discovery, including processing, scanning, coding, review, and productions.
- Ensure expertise in relevant technology and proactively use the most current technology to enhance teamwork, client service, and efficiency.
- Participate in appropriate industry organizations and stay current with developments in litigation technology.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 3 years of professional litigation experience is required.
- Experience in a large law firm or a strong consulting background is preferred.
- Relativity-Certified Administrator (RCA) certification is preferred, but not required. The law firm will sponsor RCA certification for qualified candidates.
- Knowledge and ability to train on Relativity, WestLaw Case Notebook, Case Map, and TimeMap.
- Working knowledge of IPRO e-Capture and IPRO is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills are essential.
- A collaborative mindset is necessary.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Brainspace or NexLP is a plus.
- Trial presentation experience with Sanction or Trial Director is advantageous.
- A Bachelor's Degree is the minimum educational requirement.

Salary Information:
- The position may be filled in Washington or California, with base salary ranges specified for each location.
- Washington: $102,000/yr - $153,000/yr
- California: $111,000/yr - $167,000/yr
- An individual's actual compensation will depend on qualifications and experience.
