Immigration Paralegal The candidate's duties include: Assist attorney in preparation of immigration applications and court filings, including preparation of immigration forms and packages with supporting evidence for submission to relevant administrative agency or court; Draft correspondence to clients and government agencies/courts; Review and organize client documentation; Maintain organized, legally compliant client files, monitor deadlines and progress of individuals cases; Perform administrative tasks and other projects as assigned by attorney; Extensive communication with clients to collect information/documents, provide status and answer non-legal questions. Requirements: Should have 2 years immigration experience; Bachelor's degree.
