Job Title: Real Estate Paralegal
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing a high level of customer service to clients.
- Taking direction from multiple attorneys and being able to shift focus regularly.
- Handling incoming communications on behalf of assigned attorneys and assisting clients as needed.
- Handling client intake, opening new matters, and communicating with clients to obtain information.
- Gathering tax information, drafting deeds, preparing closing documents, and coordinating closings.
- Performing basic administrative tasks including faxing, scanning, and electronic filing.
- Working in a fast-paced environment while providing accurate and detailed information to clients and attorneys.
Education and Experience Information:
- Professional business office experience preferred.
- Real estate paralegal or title processing experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, MacOS, and other business software applications.
Salary Information:
