DLA Piper, a leading law firm, is seeking a Knowledge Technology Analyst to join their collaborative and supportive team. This remote position will require occasional visits to a local office, and candidates must reside in a state with a DLA Piper office.

Responsibilities Include:

- Developing, enhancing, and supporting reports and dashboards in Power BI
- Troubleshooting user issues and providing training to users at all levels
- Project managing upgrades and system enhancements
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives

Minimum Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of technical support experience, including overseeing complex databases
- Microsoft certification in Power BI
- Ability to effectively communicate and produce quality work product
