- We are seeking a Product Liability Attorney with at least 1+ years' experience to join our growing complex litigation group.
- The position may sit in any of our Southern California offices.
- As a Product Liability Attorney, you will handle a complex caseload and have the opportunity to take cases to trial.
- We are looking for a candidate with strong plaintiff personal injury and product liability experience.

Responsibilities:

- Day-to-day handling of state and federal cases, from identifying potential defect theories to trial of the matter.
- Investigation, drafting and filing of litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
- Guiding clients through the case process and providing exceptional client service.
- Interacting with expert witnesses, including preparation of reports and affidavits.
- Preparing for and attending depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

Qualifications:

- Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing with the California State Bar Association.
- Minimum 1+ years' of product liability experience, including trial, deposition, and motions experience in technical, complex cases, ideally on behalf of plaintiffs.
- Exceptional research skills, with the ability to find applicable caselaw.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
- Self-starter with a drive to achieve long-term career goals.
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills with a keen attention to detail.

Salary and Benefits:

- Competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 USD.
- Excellent benefits package including medical and dental insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
