Are you a licensed attorney with experience in Personal Injury law? Do you have strong negotiation and communication skills? If so, **Members Only** is looking for you to join our team as a Supervising Attorney in our Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department in Sacramento.

As a Supervising Attorney, you will have the opportunity to manage a significant caseload and lead a team of Case Managers. You will also work collaboratively with other departments, such as Property Damage, Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens, to ensure the best outcome for our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a significant caseload and a team of Case Managers.
- Provide informative and compassionate client service.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to establish legal strategy and treatment plans.
- Analyze fact patterns to establish liability and clear coverage.

Requirements:

- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- At least 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to supervise and provide guidance and counsel.
- Experience settling cases in the pre-litigation stage.
- Spanish fluency is a plus.

Compensation:

- $200,000 - $550,000+ (base plus commission).
