This position offers a hybrid remote work opportunity and is located in either the Roseland, NJ or New York, NY office.

What You Will Do:
As a Business Development Coordinator, you will support the firm’s Transactions & Advisory Group, including the Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Mortgage & Structured Finance, Debt Finance, and Capital Markets & Securities practices, as well as the Life Sciences Group. You will also assist individual attorneys with their personal practice development. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all marketing materials are accurate and up to date
- Assisting with the development and execution of business plans
- Coordinating marketing tactics and plan implementation
- Facilitating cross-selling and identifying event opportunities
- Collaborating with the Communications team on client alerts, publications, and media outreach
- Managing directories, guides, and lists
- Assisting with budget development and management
- Conducting research on industry trends and competitors
- Completing special assignments as needed
Essential Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree
- Minimum of 2 years of marketing or business development experience
- Financial, consulting, or legal services marketing experience preferred
- Knowledge of marketing and business development methods, processes, and tools
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet research
- Team player with strong relationship-building skills
- Adaptable, flexible, and goal-oriented
- Takes initiative and ownership of tasks
- Client service-oriented
- Professional and composed under pressure
Office Location: Roseland, NJ or New York, NY
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, (NJ: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm or NY: 9:30 am – 5:30 pm)
Amount of Travel Required: Occasional trips to other offices on East Coast
Salary Information: The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000, based on qualifications and location. Lowenstein Sandler offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, life insurance, disability, FSAs, 401K, and paid time off.
