Paralegal - Trademark (Hybrid Remote) Duties: Preparing drafts of legal and other documents and correspondence for attorney review. Handling assignments and post-registration filings for . registrations, handling . filings for foreign-based clients, and keeping clients apprised of the status of marks. Work to complete standard . trademark application filings, and individual or limited group foreign filing programs, including the legalization of documents.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or a paralegal certificate. 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a legal department or law firm. Experience with legal software such as Relativity, LexisNexis, Westlaw, or similar technology. Experience in a large law firm or professional services organization is preferred. Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience. Knowledge of USPTO procedures. Knowledge of computerized docketing systems. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
