The candidate will be responsible for: day-to-day management of substantial patent portfolios; direct interaction with patent prosecution clients and providing strategic counseling; drafting and prosecuting patent applications; and supervising patent drafting and prosecution work of team members. Should hold an engineering degree and strong technical background in electrical, computer, and/or mechanical art. Must have 5+ years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution. Should have significant experience managing patent prosecution portfolios. Must be registered to practice before the USPTO.
