Responsibilities:

- Case management from start to finish
- Record and file organization
- Attorney calendar management
- Scheduling depositions, inspections, mediations, etc.
- Consultation with expert witnesses
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Knowledge of local court rules and procedures
- E-Filing with various courts
- Summarizing discovery responses and medical records
- Ability to properly capture billing time

Qualifications:

- Understanding of local court rules and procedures
- Excellent verbal and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Initiative and follow-through
- Paralegal certification or Associate's Degree in paralegal studies
- Stable work history and verifiable references
