- Collaborating with legal teams and office managers to forecast interpreter demand, align assignments with client schedules, and ensure service continuity.

- Executing supervisory responsibilities in line with the firm's policies and applicable laws, including guiding, supporting, and directing team members, conducting performance evaluations, fostering a collaborative work environment, ensuring policy adherence, and contributing to team development and operational goals.
Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, interpretation/translation, linguistics, or a related field is preferred. Candidates without a degree may qualify with 5+ years of directly relevant work experience, including both interpretation and supervisory experience.

- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with broader organizational objectives.
- Bilingual proficiency at CEFR C2 level or higher in both English and Spanish.
- Experience with Lean methodology or other continuous improvement frameworks (., Six Sigma) to assess and optimize interpreter workflows.
