Law Firm Seeking Experienced Subrogation Paralegal in Dallas – Plaintiff’s Experience Preferred
The Law Firm, a leading insurance-based Plaintiff’s practice, is currently seeking an experienced Subrogation Paralegal for our Dallas office. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience, and preferably with a background in Plaintiff’s work. However, any insurance defense related experience would also be applicable and beneficial for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Draft routine or complex legal documents for review by attorneys.
- Review, organize, and summarize reports and other case materials.
- Draft pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, interrogatories/answers, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and investigations as needed.
- Assist in deposition preparation, pre-trial investigations, and trial preparation, including preparation of witnesses for deposition and/or trial.
- Prepare exhibits and other demonstrative evidence for use at trial.
- Provide assistance at trial.
- Experienced with the use of Summation and/or Eclipse.
- Ability to properly capture time and bill according to guidelines.
Requirements:
- Must be an experienced timekeeper committed to a minimum of 125 billable hours per month.
- Trial experience preferred.
- Experience and knowledge of the Federal Court CM/ECF system and filings.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Subrogation Paralegal
- Background in Plaintiff’s work preferred, but any insurance defense related experience is applicable and beneficial
- Experience with the Federal Court CM/ECF system and filings
- Familiarity with Summation and/or Eclipse
- Trial experience preferred
- Commitment to a minimum of 125 billable hours per month
- Stable work history and verifiable references
