Job Title: Employment Legal Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for the Employment team, facilitating a seamless transition of cases from the Intake Department.
- Communicate with clients to explain the case process, outline expectations, and guide them through initial next steps, including developing a detailed timeline of events based on client interviews.
- Gather and confirm key case information, such as timelines and statements of fact, and collect necessary documentation from clients to ensure completeness and accuracy before attorney review.
- Draft and send initial correspondence to employers and review any responses or documents received, ensuring all materials are properly processed and organized.
- Maintain strong collaboration with both the Intake and Employment teams to optimize the onboarding experience for new cases.
Education and Experience Information:
- A is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent writing skills and high proficiency in written communication.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable interacting with clients and team members.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology.
- Legal or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
Salary Information:
