Litigation Paralegal The candidate will summarize medical records, bills, and supporting documents, as well as create medical chronologies and bill summaries. Communicate with clients, carriers, and counsel effectively in a team environment. Should have 3+ years of civil litigation experience. Prior experience in insurance defense litigation, bodily injury, and/or general liability is preferred. Prior experience in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills is preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills, are needed. Working knowledge of Florida Court procedures is preferred. Must be competent in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Adobe & Excel. Must be task orientated. Should have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced friendly environment.
