Job Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the Manager of Digital Marketing Technology and others to create, manage, and continuously improve a marketing automation strategy, communicating it to stakeholders quarterly.
- Develop, maintain, and improve processes related to email marketing, including handling bounced emails, interacting with customers between matters, managing event cycle communications, and segmenting audiences.
- Establish and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for email marketing, focusing on statistics such as view rates, bounces, campaign effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and list size.
- Conduct quarterly reviews to highlight KPIs, campaign performance, trends, problems, and opportunities. Pitch new processes and changes for continuous improvement every quarter.
- Provide insights on marketing campaigns regularly and conduct formal quarterly business reviews.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refresh templates and best practices for standard communications, events, and reporting.
- Offer coaching, communication, data reports, and collaboration with business colleagues and attorney stakeholders to ensure marketing automation meets business needs and achieves defined goals and KPIs.
- Deliver top-tier customer support and service in a law firm setting by offering timely and effective solutions to user questions and requests.
- Build and deploy email campaigns aligned with strategic goals, providing campaign support to users through list uploads, instruction, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and deliver regular training to users, ensuring effective utilization of marketing automation tools, including audience segment creation and management across digital tools.
- Enhance the firm's use of marketing automation to increase demand and drive user adoption. Influence digital marketing strategy by providing marketing automation input and implementation.
- Serve as the primary contact with software vendors for relevant systems, including email marketing, contact data tools, and web personalization.
- Stay updated on technology developments to ensure the law firm has the right technologies in place to remain competitive.
- Recommend adopting new and supplemental technologies and systems where appropriate.

Education and Experience Information

- required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience with marketing automation required; experience in professional services marketing could be advantageous.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools such as Litera Concep, Salesforce Pardot, Vuture, Marketo, Hubspot, or Eloqua required.
- Familiarity with CRM and analytics platforms is necessary.
- Knowledge of user experience methods such as A/B testing.
- Fluency with marketing concepts like segmentation, messaging, positioning, and promotion.
- Strong skills in email content development, including writing, proofing, and editing.

Salary Information

- Milwaukee: $62,100 to $86,900
- Chicago & Dallas: $68,300 to $95,600
- Washington .: $74,500 to $104,300
