Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will work with attorneys on transaction management, including tasks in connection with document drafting, due diligence, closings, foreclosures, affordable housing, and general real estate and corporate transactions. Draft and file UCCs. Coordinate closings. Handle state filings and county recordings. Perform research. Maintain closing checklists. Prepare closing binders. Energetic, organized, detail-orientated, and disciplined, with the willingness to work hard; ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in a virtual environment; ability to manage workflow and work under tight deadlines and other time constraints with competing and shifting priorities; knowledge and commitment to the utilization of technology; strong sense of urgency and professional dedication. Should have the ability to bill 1550 hours, annually, to meet the firm's billing expectations for paralegals; strong project management skills.
