Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be creating various responsive pleadings or discovery requests. Proofreading. Time, billing, docketing and conflicts software; and other commonly used litigation technology. Should have 3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm environment, preferably with medical malpractice and insurance defense experience. Solid experience working with insurance companies and the claims adjusters. Must be organized with superior attention to detail. Thorough understanding of court rules and procedures is required.
