Job Title: Billing Analyst II
Job Responsibilities:
The Billing Analyst II is responsible for supporting the billing operations of the law firm. This role involves ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with client and investor requirements. The primary duties include:
- Utilizing internal data processing systems (IDS) along with client and investor platforms to manage billing functions
- Processing invoices daily for assigned areas across multiple departments
- Reviewing files to initiate One-Time Authorization (OTA) requests in accordance with client and investor guidelines
- Ensuring all billing is completed accurately and submitted within required timelines to meet departmental goals
- Monitoring and analyzing daily reports to track and resolve outstanding OTA requests and unbilled line items
- Conducting research as needed to identify and resolve billing issues promptly
- Collaborating with operational teams to address and resolve OTA or billing discrepancies
- Performing other tasks as needed to support the team or business, with duties subject to change based on the company’s needs
Education and Experience Information:

- At least 3 years of experience in a business or accounting-related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word at an intermediate level
- Familiarity with billing systems or legal/financial institutions is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal teams, customers, and external partners
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive office environment
Salary Information:
The salary for the Billing Analyst II position typically ranges from to an hour. The final offer may vary based on the candidate's specific qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as internal equity and business needs.
