Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting attorneys with all aspects of case management, including drafting legal documents, organizing and maintaining case files, and conducting legal research
- Communicating with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and evidence
- Preparing and responding to discovery requests
- Scheduling and coordinating depositions, hearings, and trials
- Attending and assisting with trials and other court proceedings
- Managing and organizing documents and evidence for trial
- Collaborating with attorneys and other paralegals to ensure efficient and effective case management
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation
- Strong knowledge of third-party personal injury trucking, premises and general liability, and first-party property damage
- Proficiency in legal research and writing
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with legal software and case management systems
- Paralegal certificate or degree preferred
