Paralegal - Commercial Litigation and White Collar Litigation The candidate will be managing the lifecycle of active matters/cases and monitoring case progress. Compiling and reviewing records and developing case chronologies. Conducting legal research for litigation or legal briefs. Identifying, compiling, researching, and analyzing information prior to preparing reports and exhibits. Preparing case files, binders, summaries, and other paper/electronic case materials such as witness binders, pre-trial binders, and compilation of trial exhibits. Coordinating and preparing witnesses testimony at trial and deposition. Preparing general motions, pleadings, subpoenas, and other documents as requested. Responding to discovery requests. Electronic filing of pleadings such as Appearances, Answers, and all pretrial and dispositive Motions in state and federal courts. Logging and entering in billable time to ProLaw billing system. Should have 4+ years of experience supporting attorneys in complex litigation areas such as commercial litigation, white collar litigation defense and investigation matters. Experience with county, state, and federal courts, including knowledge of CM/ECF filing is required. Experience with iManage and ProLaw is a plus.
