Job Title: Experienced Immigration Paralegal

Job Responsibilities:
- Drafting court memoranda with legal citations
- Preparing motions with properly tabbed exhibits
- Preparing exhibits to be used at EOIR/DHS
- Meeting with clients to gather evidence
- Preparing USCIS Packet submissions for review by Attorney
- Managing a caseload effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrating initiative and the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision

Education and Experience Information:
- Must have experience in all aspects of . Immigration, including Adjustment, Asylum, H1B, EB3, and courtroom cases
- Must be proficient with calendars, e-mail, spreadsheets, word processing, and the internet
- Must possess excellent scheduling skills and attention to detail
- Must be capable of multitasking and quickly adapting to changes

Salary Information:
- Pay: - per hour
- Initial pay during the first 30 days of employment is , with opportunities for increase thereafter
- Opportunity for bonus compensation based on demonstrated profitability
