Job Title: Case Manager in Training

Job Responsibilities:
- Shadow Case Managers to gain practical experience and understanding of the role.
- Order medical records from healthcare providers to support case documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive demands and assemble necessary support for submission to carriers.
- Investigate the nature and facts of individual cases to gather relevant information.
- Learn to negotiate deductions of outstanding medical balances with healthcare providers.
- Prepare documents and correspondence necessary to reach a settlement in each case.

Education and Experience Information:
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in roles such as Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, Secretary, or other support roles is preferred.
- Candidates should be highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate attention to detail while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary, including good presentation skills.
- Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to learn and work collaboratively with multiple employees within the organization.
- Extensive expertise in computer programs, databases, the Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to type no less than 35 words per minute is essential.

Salary Information:
- The hourly range for this position is $23 USD.
