Job Title: IT Program Manager - Legal Support Service (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:
The IT Program Manager at the law firm is tasked with managing and delivering strategic initiatives in alignment with the firm's goals and objectives. This role involves collaboration with multiple departments to develop annual roadmaps, manage critical projects, and serve as a point of contact for project management queries related to the assigned portfolio. - Identifying and securing necessary resources for project execution.
- Creating and maintaining project plans to achieve stated goals.

- Facilitating project meetings, including agenda creation, material preparation, and documentation of meeting minutes and results.
- Providing status reports on project progress for stakeholders and IT leadership.
- Managing vendor solicitation and selection, including creating Request for Proposal (RFP) packages.
- Utilizing project management tools effectively.
- Coordinating project milestones with all stakeholder groups.
- Translating cross-team dependencies into actionable plans.
- Working with multiple stakeholders in business and IT to meet objectives.
- Determining the appropriate Project Management Office (PMO) methodology for assigned projects.
The role also includes demonstrating senior project manager skills such as mentoring junior project managers, streamlining or automating processes, setting project management standards, and delivering on projects of various complexities. The IT Program Manager is responsible for portfolio management, including collecting and documenting yearly IT project wish lists, tracking requirements and costs, and keeping portfolio information updated in ServiceNow. Other duties include preparing financial and what-if analyses, applying portfolio management best practices, and continuously reviewing and optimizing portfolios to align with organizational goals.
Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Formal project management training and certification (PMP) is required.
- Agile Methodology experience is desired.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience as an IT Project Manager is required.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and tasks.
- Involvement with technical teams through all project lifecycle phases.
- Some travel may be required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a law firm is preferred.
