Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate will serve in the preparation of pre-litigation work such as no-fault applications, a notice of claims, obtaining and reviewing medical records, drafting pleadings, and discovery responses and demands. Must be proficient in Word, and Outlook, and ability to learn the Case Management System.

The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in the plaintiff's personal injury. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, be detail oriented and organized, and be confident and comfortable maintaining and managing a caseload.
