K&L Gates, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Manager of Legal Recruiting with a focus on Asset Management and Investment Funds. This role will involve managing all aspects of lateral lawyer and law student recruitment for the firm's AMIF practice area across all . offices. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a law firm or law school environment, and a 4-year college degree.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with AMIF Practice Area Leaders and other firm management to execute growth strategies through strategic recruiting
- Develop relationships with legal search firms and facilitate the Power of Partnership Program with key clients
- Coordinate on-campus and job fair interview programs, including pre-OCI communication, training, and event planning
- Review resumes and provide summary information to AMIF PALs for candidate selection
- Conduct market research on student recruiting trends and develop data-driven strategies
- Manage orientation, on-boarding, and integration of lateral AMIF associate hires
- Assist in recruitment for other practice areas as needed

Requirements:

- 4-year college degree
- Minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a law firm or law school environment
- Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with applicant data tracking software, preferably PeopleSoft Recruit Workforce
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently under pressure with demanding deadlines
- Flexibility to accommodate a fast-paced work environment and occasional travel
