Associate (Labor Law)
The candidate must have 2 years’ experience. Applicants must be admitted to the bar, although not necessarily in California. In addition to a strong academic background and superior writing and oral advocacy skills, applicants must share our commitment to the labor and worker’s rights movements. We welcome applicants with Union-related experience but have also hired attorneys with experience in plaintiffs’ employment law and/or public interest law. Applicants should have completed labor and employment law courses.
