O’Neil Cannon Law Firm, a reputable mid-sized law firm in Milwaukee, is currently seeking a highly organized and professional litigation paralegal with at least three years of experience in civil litigation. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a basic understanding of civil litigation procedures, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities of the Litigation Paralegal include preparing and electronically filing documents with courts, managing and organizing documents in a document review platform, conducting research and investigating facts in civil cases, drafting legal documents, and assisting supervising attorneys with various tasks. The ideal candidate should also have proficiency in Microsoft Office, document management systems, and Adobe Pro.

The minimum qualifications for this position include strong attention to detail, at least three years of paralegal experience in civil litigation, knowledge of civil procedure, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. The candidate should also possess analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills. E-filing experience is also required.
