- Draft correspondence to clients and foreign associates.
- Schedule patent examiner interviews.
- Maintain an overview of timekeeper workloads and caseloads.
- Create, edit, revise, redline, and proofread documents.
- Maintain timekeeper calendars and file documents with appropriate courts and agencies.
- Coordinate with docketing specialist and conduct preliminary conflict checks.
- Prepare new client/matter intake forms and engagement letters.
