# Littler CaseSmart Counsel, Charges Attorney

Littler Mendelson . is looking for an experienced Littler CaseSmart Counsel, Charges attorney to join their team. This position offers access to all the resources of a large law firm without the demands of a shareholder path position. The attorney will be responsible for the defense of each administrative agency charge and attorney demand letter assigned to them from investigation through conclusion.

## Qualifications

Candidates for this position should have a minimum of six years of employment law experience, including drafting persuasive position statements and representing clients at hearings and/or mediations. They should also have a familiarity and experience with administrative agency charges, preferably at both the federal and state levels on the management side. Other qualifications include strong time management skills, the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines, and an active bar license in the state of residence.

## Benefits

Pursuant to California, Colorado, New York, and Washington regulation, the annual starting salary for this position is $115,000 and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
