Advice to law firm management: If possible the drama should be dealt with before it gets too crazy and causes work to slow down for everyone.

Pros: If you join this firm you will become part of the family and will have many new friends inside and out of work.

Cons: Just like a real family the drama here can get pretty nasty sometimes and you should be ready for that.

Advice to law firm management: Try and hold more social events for employees so everyone can get to know each other better and learn how everyone works around things.

Pros: Working at this firm has its ups and downs, but the ups most definitely supersede the downs. Everyone here is friendly and hard working.

Cons: It is very stressful dealing with how much work you are plunged into and what is expected of you at all times.
