Law Firm Seeking Experienced Litigation Paralegal in Jacksonville, FL Salary: Competitive, based on experience Farah & Farah, a premier personal injury law firm in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. Our mission is to deliver justice for our clients with relentless dedication, uncompromising support, professionalism, and compassion. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be an integral part of our litigation team, working closely with attorneys to ensure the smooth running of the office and effective case management. You will be responsible for conducting interviews, legal research, document filing, and attending trials (if applicable). In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on federal and state court litigation cases from onset to trial phase. Your responsibilities will include drafting pleadings, motions, and appellate documents, as well as performing administrative duties such as calendar hearings and deadlines, organizing case files, and managing logistics. You will also assist with preparation of federal and state administrative filings, maintain pleadings and discovery indexes, organize exhibits and documents, and assist with case settlements.
