Law Firm in Miami, Florida is currently seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This role will involve working closely with talented attorneys, providing support before, during, and after trials. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of litigation experience and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and file legal documents in state and federal court
- Communicate with clients, court, counsel, and other parties involved in the case
- Conduct legal research and factual investigation
- Assist with drafting pleadings, motions, and other court documents
- Manage case files and deadlines
- Organize exhibits, evidence, and briefs
- Assist with witness preparation and case settlements
- Other tasks as requested by the attorney

Qualifications:

- Associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- 2+ years of litigation experience (required)
- Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program (preferred)
- Experience in Personal Injury, WC, Premises, or other injury related practice areas (preferred)
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of legal procedures, documentation, and court rules
- Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
