Bilingual Employee Relations Partner

The Bilingual Employee Relations Partner is responsible for providing consistent, tactical Employee Relations consultation to Managers and Employees, including salary information. They will conduct HR investigations and analyze data to monitor employee relations trends, while providing guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures to minimize legal liability. This is a remote position, but candidates must live in the North East/Central region and be bilingual in Spanish.

Salary: $60K-$75K

Job Title: Bilingual Employee Relations Partner - REMOTE

Experience: Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law, or equivalent, or four years of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations.

Essential Functions:

- Oversee daily administration of reported concerns within ServiceNow and Navex systems.
- Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations.
- Develop investigation plans and conduct fair, neutral, and timely investigations in accordance with company policies and federal/state regulations.
- Provide guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures to minimize legal liability.
- Analyze data to monitor employee relations trends and provide recommendations to Operational Management and HR Business Partners.
- Partner with Operational Management, Business HR, Labor Relations, and Legal Teams to create solutions to complex Employee Relations issues.
- Ensure high-quality HR support through performance management, legal compliance, administration of union Collective Bargaining Agreements, employee communication, and collaboration with COEs.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and employment legislation within region.
- Travel as needed to company sites within supported region.

Skills and Abilities:

- Ability to conduct sensitive investigations and identify violations of regulations and policies.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to remain impartial during investigations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, and excellent time management skills.
- Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law, or equivalent, or four years of experience in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Salary Information:

- Salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills, prior relevant experience, and certain degrees or certifications.
- The salary for this position ranges from $60K to $75K.
