Position Overview:

- Experienced Personal Injury Paralegal or Case Manager
- Manage own caseload of Personal Injury cases from intake until litigation
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Highly skilled and organized
- Strong team player

- Reports to Pre-Litigation Manager
- Full-time, on-site position, Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a caseload of 100 personal injury cases
- Communicate with clients regarding medical care, providers, and treatment status
- Conduct investigations and establish claims
- Open claims with insurance companies
- Knowledge of No-Fault applications and procedures
- Retrieve police reports
- Complete intro call with client within 24 hours
- Send out witness letters and open claims with insurance companies
- Accurately enter information in the Case Management System
- Obtain and enter liens and damages information
- Set up property damage claims
- Work on cases in pre-litigation until ready for suit

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience as a Pre-Litigation Paralegal or Case Manager
- Previous experience handling a caseload of 100 or more case files
- Experience with a Case Management System such as Litify, Needles, Clio, or MyCase
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

Salary and Benefits:

- Annual salary based on experience
- Compensation range: $80,000-$90,000 USD
- Full-time employees and part-time employees over 30 hours per week are eligible for benefits
